History
Friends of Wausau Historic Landmarks (FOWHL) was formed in response to the loss of several historically and architecturally significant buildings in Wausau. Citizens recognized the loss of historic buildings also causes a loss of culture, sense of place and beauty in the community. The relevance and importance of historic structures was recognized.
What We Do
We provide education about Wausau’s architectural treasures through walking tours, our website and social media, and special events.
